Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your beauty items in their original box and include the printed return slip provided in your confirmation email.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number to monitor your refund's progress.
